    • Levi Aron Indicted In Murder Of Leiby Kletzky

    ABC is reporting that yesterday afternoon a Grand Jury indicted Levi Aron for the murder of 8-year-old Leiby Kletzky.

    Aron was indicted on two counts of felony murder.

    From ABC:

    It comes hours after the medical examiner officially ruled the death of Kletzky a homicide, saying he was drugged and smothered.

    The autopsy found that Kletzky suffered intoxication by the combined effects of cyclobenzaprine (muscle relaxant), quetiapine (antipsychotic), hydrocodone (pain medication), and acetaminophen (Tylenol) followed by smothering.

    Although he had previously confessed to kidnapping, killing and dismembering the boy, Levi Aron pleaded not guilty at the hearing.

    Brooklyn DA Charles Hynes said investigators are still determining whether Aron tried to harm other children

      Just be careful of the leiby memorial fund. It is being managed by the kids parents, not a lawyer or not for profit agency. Read the website – one of the funding criteria is “giving money to penniless jews for marriage”. How stupid is that? Just read the site – I think it is more the Nachman and Esther fund. Just doesn’t sound legit to me – or many other people. The father said that this is what his son wanted – an 8 year old kid never asked his dad to collect money for anyone, and he also said that this money will go to accomplish all of what Leiby would have done with his life had he lived. This is rediculous. I hate to be mean, but I have a sort of 6th sense when it comes to players. This sounds like a big game. Give Leiby’s mom and dad money and they will buy a house (get themselves & 5 daughters out of an apartment) or maybe move to Israel, because this is what Leiby wanted. Oh – Puh – Leez!!!
