  • Last week, a young yeshiva student was shot in the back at 945 39th Street. Upon arriving at the scene of the incident, Hatzolah paramedics discovered the boy had been shot with a BB gun.

Police arrested a teenager from a nearby building and charged him with the crime.

Local resident and citizen reporter who goes by the name “Gifterphotos” took this video of the teenager’s mother speaking about her son’s arrests.

She cites her son’s ADHD as a possible cause for his violent behavior. She also quickly states that she didn’t know that it was illegal to shoot BB guns out of the window.

According to Gifterphotos, “Local business owners tell me it was miracle nobody got hit in the eye or got killed because this teen was shooting randomly at everyone in the street.”

i don’t think it’s illegal to shoot anything out of the window, but if you are aiming at someone, there’s a problem right there.

Are you an idiot, or do you play one on the internet?

The mom is also a problem. Why does the kid have a bb gun? How would the mom feel if he was shooting at her? Its legal to shoot at others, but but not good when her son will be shooting at her? Do you think a kid with a BB gun will use it for peaceful purposes?

Nothing in the Torah about shooting people with BBs by a kid with ADHD, so it’s ok.
