A head-on crash between two trucks on the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge earlier this morning left six people injured.
The Wall Street Journal reports:
Fire and police officials say the head-on crash occurred at 6:10 a.m. Monday on the Brooklyn-bound upper level of the bridge.
Two of the victims suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries.
The other four had minor injuries. Five of the victims were taken to the hospital.
The crash forced authorities to close the upper level of the bridge to traffic.
