The emotionally disturbed man who was rescued by police from a Bay Parkway ledge with a giant net last November is back up to his old antics.

At 12:30am Thursday, the man was seen waving a knife around and threatening to jump from his fourth-floor window before cops apprehended him and took him to Coney Island hospital for evaluation, according to the NYPD.

Tipster Sammy Krakhmal sent us footage of the man being rolled into an ambulance on a stretcher.

“He’s done this before,” neighbor Izzy Randolf told the New York Post. “Everyone knows he has problems — bad problems.”He’s known for terrorizing his neighbors with wild antics.

The last time cops had to rescue the suicidal man from his perch, he was nearly naked, throwing objects from his window, and ranting in Russian and English.

The 62nd Precinct’s commanding officer Captain Anthony Sanseverino told us it is up to the hospital to determine whether the man poses a safety threat to the community before they release him again.

“We do our best to make sure the community is safe the best we can. Every day, our main priority is safety,” said Sanseverino.

If someone you know exhibits warning signs of suicide: do not leave the person alone; remove any firearms, alcohol, drugs or sharp objects that could be used in a suicide attempt; and call the U.S. National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-TALK (8255) or take the person to an emergency room or seek help from a medical or mental health professional.

I don’t think he’s ever going to do it again. If being at Coney Island hospital doesn’t scare some sense into you, nothing will.
