What: Free movie screening of Age of Adeline, about a young woman who becomes agesless after an accident. Her solitary eternal life is complicated by a man who enters her life.

West Point Day

Where: Fort Hamilton Army Base, Seventh Avenue and Poly Place
What: Fort Hamilton will be hosting a community event to demonstrate the advantages of enrolling in the U.S. military academy. There will also be performances by the drill team, the Hellcat Pipes and Drums, as well as fencing and boxing exhibitions.

What: Join City Councilman Mark Treyger and the Coney Island Autism Angels when they light the parachute jump for Autism Awareness Day.

Where: Manhattan Beach Jewish Center, 60 West End Avenue, near Shore Boulevard
What: Assemblyman Steven Cymbrowitz is sponsoring a rain barrel giveway for homeowners who want to collect rainwater and cut down on their water bills. The rain barrels are given away on a first come, first serve basis.
