The Saints Simon and Jude Church Holy Name Society will be hosting a “Family Pasta Sunday” on March 25, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

A $20 ticket includes antipasto, salad, pasta, meatballs, bread, wine, soda, espresso, and dessert.

Everyone is welcome to an event billed as an afternoon of “food, fun, and Karaoke sing-alongs.”

Tickets will be on sale in the church’s lobby following weekend masses.

People travel from all over the world to see our lights, so there’s no reason we can’t outshine a certain other blog that’s doing the same thing.

The Saints Simon and Jude Church Rosarian Society will be throwing an Italian festival night two weeks from Saturday on November 19.

Entertainment for the evening event, which takes place in the Sts. Simon and Jude School auditorium, will consist of traditional Neapolitan music sung by tenor Antonio Guarna.

A $45 ticket includes music, a hot buffet dinner, hot and cold beverages and desert.

Doors open at 6 p.m.
